About The Artist
Becca is a mom, creator, friend and mental health advocate
She lives in the beautiful state of Colorado & loves nature, plants and sunlight.
Becca has been diagnosed with anxiety (panic disorder and GAD), Depression, OCD & BPD. She has battled with self harm for over a decade and has turned her pain and scars into her strength. She advocates for therapy and medication - if that is what fits your mental health journey.
She created her little corner of the internet to share her mental health journey in hopes that she could make others feel less lonely, seen in their struggles and know that what they’re feeling is normal. Becca battled years with my body image and mental illness - isolating and negative coping.
She is passionate when talking about mental health, because she never want someone to feel the way she did at her lowest.
