    Great quality, enhanced experience

I love the box breathing calm strip that I have on my desk, but I needed one that was portable. This keychain is great quality, and perfectly fits 1 box breathing calm strip on each side. I keep mine in my purse for anytime I need to take a minute (traffic, shopping, etc...). Highly recommend.

    Helpful & a good fit

This little keychain is great! The box-shaped breathing tag fits perfectly against it and it holds very well. Having it there helped my partner relax while driving the other day. (Theirs is attached to the keys that were in the car, so they could rub it with a hand still on the wheel.)
