I struggle with anxiety. This at times leads to picked over cuticles & skin scratched raw. I have these stickers on my phone case. 3 differents grits to have backups.
They are also well-made, colorful & eye-catching. I don't feel the need to hide my fidgeting. I have used it "in crisis" situation. You know that first creep of that first scream of panic. I feel that I have a way to hold that wave at bay. YES!!! Cause those situations of ramped-up anxiety are exhausting, highly distracting & migraine inducing. I bought these for my ADHD 16 year old son. He has the keychain attached to his book bag and he can use the keychain anytime he needs to. He loves it!

These are so simple but they're effective and appealing. I've given them to my kids and to the teens I mentor in youth group. They all love them and couldn't wait to put them on their things to help them calm down when they need to.
