I purchased this product for my daughter that struggles with ADHD and Autism. She has felt the strips keep her more calm. She also uses the stickers to help manage her anxiety and feelings of frustration. Highly recommended!!

I have ADHD, so I am constantly stimming. I have a ton of fidgets and tricks to help, but these calm strips have been one of the most helpful products. I have pendants and keychains I use as well as just having them stuck in random places. The only thing I wish was different was that there was a keychain option for the shapes. Love these stickers!!!!
