CALM STRIPS STARTER KIT

Well rounded kit. Well worth the price!

I carry my calm strip tag with me almost everywhere I go. I attached a River Rocks strip to one side of the tag and a Soft Sand strip to the other, so I've got two different textures to scratch and rub.

I clipped the tag to a stretchy bracelet, so it's wearable when I want to be able to easily slip it in the palm of my hand. When I don't have it on my wrist, it's typically in my pocket.

I definitely plan to purchase more strip to place in my preschool classroom safe space.

These work great for my anxiety

Thank you for giving my daughter a way to release some energy quickly and quietly. She has one on her laptop that she can use while studying and another attached to her book bag for any time. She is super happy with the Calm Strips and loves the encouraging message on the packaging.

I bought the starter kit for my son and put one of each texture on the tag. He has been clipping it to his pants and scratching it at school when he's nervous. He came home and told me it works and he likes it! I'm so glad that I found a product that helps his anxiety, so he can cope with day to day situations!
