I got these for a friend who has anxiety but has to take public transportation for her work. She immediately put a couple textures on the tag and hooked it to her tote bag, and rubs it during every bus ride to calm herself. She told me it works like a charm to stop her focusing on how there are other people around and lots of noise and she can't control her environment. I'm sure they aren't for everyone, but it's been a huge help for her.
Such a great idea and nonchalant calming product! The textures and shapes fit different needs- picking/scratching, rubbing, calm breathing, etc. Easy way to calm anxiety while continuing to also focus in class or on an activity. Great also for those who simply like to have something to do with their hands while sitting. I had a question, and customer service was responsive and so helpful! Definitely recommend!

We bought these for out 6 year old daughter who has a sever social communication anxiety disorder. They are perfect for calming her down. They are the perfect size for her to keep with her. She has the key chain to carry with her and also staionary ones for her desk at school. I would HIGHLY recommend calm strips!
